Welcome Briarwick Residents
Dear Briarwick Homeowners,
We have reached an agreement with the Ridgemoor Master Association regarding the re-landscaping of our entryway. While we will now be responsible for the landscaping and maintenance of the inside entryway area, they did agree to reimburse us 1/2 of the landscaping cost. We are excited and look forward to a marked improvement in the near future. Look for work to begin shortly.
Again, we need to remind all homeowners that any work such as painting, roofing, and other changes to your property require prior approval from the ACC prior to work being started. The ACC meets monthly as needed, approximately 2 weeks before our board meetings, and may require up to 30 days to process your request. All pertinent information, documents and forms are available on the architectural page. Emergencies will of course be handled on a case by case basis.
Dog owners are reminded that both Pinellas County, as well as our Documents require dogs to be leashed as well as their waste to be picked up. Recently, one of our residents was attacked and bitten by a dog that was not on a leash.
Hurricane Preparedness
Hurricane Season is once again upon us. If you're not yet ready, NOW is the time to make sure you get all your supplies, documents and plan together.
NOTE: OUR EVACUATION ZONE HAS CHANGED -
WE ARE NOW in ZONE "C"
