Dear Ridgemoor Residents,

We are pleased to announce that your Board of Directors has selected Harbeck Hospitality to provide full-service management of your Association effective 08/01/2023. On behalf of Ridgemoor Master Association Board of Directors and all of the residents of the community, Harbeck Hospitality extends a warm welcome to you as property owner of the community. We wish to take this opportunity to provide you with some information which will help make the transition of your community as smooth as possible. We hope you find this information useful and that you will let us know if we can be of further help.

Who we are and what we do: Harbeck Hospitality is the Association’s managing agent. The operation and management of your Association is governed by your Association’s governing documents (e.g., Declarations, By-Laws, Board Rules and Policies) with direction provided by an elected Board of Directors. The Association, with the professional management services of Harbeck Hospitality, is responsible for adhering to and ensuring members’ compliance with the Association’s governing documents, billing, and collection of assessments, and maintaining the property standards defined for your property. A Harbeck Hospitality Community Manager meets regularly with your Board of Directors to review and report on the quality of vendor services, maintenance issues, owner compliance, and overall operations of your Association. In short, we work hard to help keep everything running smoothly in your community.

Where/How to find information about your Association and your account: Community Portal (hhrmgt.cincwebaxis.com): The first place to go is your Association’s designated portal which provides 24/7 access. We highly encourage you to sign up for your property website. Having an online account with our system will not only give you access to your association related documents, but also see your account balance, make payments on-line, enter and track maintenance requests, view a community calendar, and receive important information about the Association.

Security Contact Info

In case of Emergency or criminal activity, always call 911 first.

Ridgemoor has a security company, Trident Security Services, patrolling the community. Should you need to contact them, the number to the cell in the vehicle is 727-339-9468.

The Security Patrol is a service provided by Ridgemoor Master Association.

In addition, Pinellas County Sheriff (PCS) is patrolling our main roads since there have been many complaints about speeding. PCS will also be watching Central Park to make sure everyone abides by the closing time of 10pm. 


SPEED LIMIT:

20 MPH

We have many small children in our neighborhood. They often ride bikes, throw balls, and otherwise play in or near the street.

SLOW DOWN !! Don't be the cause of a senseless tragedy - saving a minute is NOT WORTH A LIFE.

Parking / Streets - SAFETY!

Please do your part to keep our kids and neighborhood safe:

  • The speed limit on our streets is 20 MPH. Let your guests and contractors know - our children's lives are worth more than a few seconds saved!
  • Residents please note that per our Documents, overnight street parking is not permitted.
  • Residents living around the Islands, please be sure you do not block the street, so that emergency vehicles and easily get by.
  • The area north of the back island is NOT a parking area. Nor is this area to be used for "working" on your car.


Watering Restrictions

Pinellas County Utilities customers using potable, well, lake, or pond water for irrigation will be allowed to irrigate their lawns on two days per week - one time per day according to the schedule below:

  • Addresses ending in an even number (0, 2, 4, 6, 8): Thursday and/or Sunday
  • Addresses ending in an odd number (1, 3, 5, 7, 9): Wednesday and/or Saturday
  • Addresses with mixed or no addresses: Tuesday and/or Friday
  • Watering Hours:
    • Morning: 12:01 am to 10:00 am
    • Evening: 4 pm to 11:59pm
